By accessing or using the Agendix platform («Platform»), the user («User») accepts these Terms of Use in full. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you should not use the Platform. The terms apply from the first access and remain in effect while the User uses the services.
Agendix is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) management platform for beauty and wellness businesses, including barbershops, hair salons, aesthetic clinics and spas. The Platform includes, among other features:

To use the Platform, the User must create an account by providing true and up-to-date information. It is the User's responsibility to maintain the confidentiality of access credentials and to be liable for any activity carried out on their account. Agendix shall not be responsible for losses resulting from misuse of credentials.
Available plans and respective prices are described on the Platform's plans page. Payment processing is carried out through Stripe; Agendix does not have access to complete banking data. Price changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance, and the current price will be maintained for 60 days after notice.
There is no commitment period. The User may cancel the subscription at any time through the account settings. After cancellation, access to the Platform remains until the end of the already paid period. No partial refunds are made for unused periods.
Plan upgrades take effect immediately, with automatic pro-rata calculation. Downgrades are applied at the start of the next billing cycle. User data is retained; however, it may become inaccessible if it exceeds the limits of the new plan.
The User undertakes to use the Platform lawfully and in compliance with applicable law. The following are expressly prohibited:
All software, interfaces, design and content of the Platform are the property of Agendix or its licensors. The User is granted only a limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to use the Platform in accordance with these terms.
The Platform is provided «as is». To the maximum extent permitted by law, Agendix shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including lost profits or data loss. Agendix's maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by the User in the 12 months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.
Agendix reserves the right to change these terms. Substantial changes will be communicated with reasonable notice. Continued use of the Platform after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These terms are governed by Portuguese law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts in Portugal.
